1. 3rd party inspector

We have a cool, big inspection room for 3rd party coming to do their work. 3rd party, more concerned about the product looking in my experiences.

2. customer own inspection team

Some customer also has their own inspector team. More detail inspection about the product function.

3. produce line inspection and my 2nd inspection for wholesale customer.

Our producing line have set online QC according customer request. Like 100% check cables, buttons, sound quality, looking, packing. For extra, we also could offer the charging test, battery test and the raw speaker batch stability test.

For the customer who don’t have their own inspector or don’t need 3rd party for any reason. That me as the main contact person with the customer. I will always be doing the 2nd inspection before the goods shipping. My 100% check quantity is always much more than the standard AQL 2.5/4.0.

I check big quantity, that is why I prefer to work in our factory office. The documentaries unbox product for me. And learn the main point that customer concern the most. I will have a conclusion meeting with them and the producing line manager, QC. Which pushing them to improve right the way.
